I believe every person has within themselves the strengths they need to succeed. In therapy we work on building those strengths to realize our greatest potential and change our lives for the better. As a therapist I believe it is our job to help you learn to find your strengths and move past traumas, fears and insecurities to find your best self. I look forward to helping all our clients find their path to a more fulfilling and productive life.
Using EMDR and CBT therapies clients can expect to work on past traumas that affect their current way of thinking and how they react to life's daily challenges. If you are feeling stuck in not knowing how to make decisions for your self or feeling out of control in your life these therapies are used to help you regain control of your life.
Hi, I’m Emily Jaggernauth a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. It was during my time at Florida Atlantic University where I found my passion for wanting to help others and earned my undergraduate in social work. I later earned my graduate degree in Clinical Social Work at Walden University and from there became licensed as a LCSW in the state of Florida.
I have been practicing over 5 years and I am devoted to working with children and adults of all ages. My previous experience is working with concerns of anxiety, anger, depression, post-partum depression, personality disorders, self esteem and trauma.
At times, life can be challenging and overwhelming. It is in these times where we can use the support and I can help you make the journey through it.
I am trained in EMDR, Child Parent Psychotherapy, and Circle of Security Parenting. Other therapeutic modalities I utilize are mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. Through the use of evidence-based practices, we can establish attainable and healthy treatment goals. I am here to support you in an unconditional and judgment free environment.
Hi, I’m Nilsa Rohaidy, a bilingual (Spanish/English) LMHC, LPC, and I’m certified as an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), which allows me to offer specialized support for individuals navigating the unique challenges of ADHD across all ages. I’m passionate about providing a safe, supportive space for healing and personal growth. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Iona College and have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), including RTEP-GTEP. My approach integrates Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Play Therapy to help clients process and heal from trauma. I also draw from other evidence-based modalities such as Solution-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals across the lifespan—from children to adults—in navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, self-esteem issues, grief, loss, and trauma. My therapeutic approach centers on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, gain insight, and move toward healing.
Originally from New Jersey, I’ve made Florida my home and my practice reflects the diverse perspectives and experiences shaped by both regions. I’m a strong advocate for balance and self-care as essential parts of personal growth and emotional well-being.
If you're ready to begin your healing journey, I offer not only professional guidance but also a heartfelt commitment to your wellness. Together, we can work toward a more empowered, fulfilling future.
My focus is on supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, substance use, PTSD, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe in creating a safe and affirming space where clients feel heard and empowered. Drawing on evidence-based practices like CBT combined with Somatic Work, I help individuals clarify their core values and build actionable paths toward healing and personal growth. My work is driven by a commitment to facilitating meaningful self-discovery and resilience.
My practice is dedicated to inclusivity, welcoming clients of all races, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, gender identities, and abilities.
