" I believe every behavior tells a story, and my role is to help families rewrite theirs with hope and healing"

Sheri Ryland, LCSW

I believe every person has within themselves the strengths they need to succeed. In therapy we work on building those strengths to realize our greatest potential and change our lives for the better. As a therapist I believe it is our job to help you learn to find your strengths and move past traumas, fears and insecurities to find your best self. I look forward to helping all our clients find their path to a more fulfilling and productive life.

Using EMDR and CBT therapies clients can expect to work on past traumas that affect their current way of thinking and how they react to life's daily challenges. If you are feeling stuck in not knowing how to make decisions for your self or feeling out of control in your life these therapies are used to help you regain control of your life.

Yolanda "Yvette" Berger, LCSW

I’ve devoted my career to supporting individuals through life’s challenges and transitions, providing a confidential and welcoming space where they feel truly heard and understood. Guided by genuine connection and a steady sense of humor, I aim to make the work both meaningful and approachable. My passion is helping individuals cultivate authentic growth and self-discovery, especially when they are ready to invest in their emotional well-being.

I approach therapy as a collaborative partnership. You bring the insight of your own lived experience, and I offer evidence-based tools, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma-Focused approaches, to help you make sense of what you’re feeling and identify meaningful steps forward. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, clarify what matters most, and work toward a deeper understanding of yourself. Even the simple act of acknowledging the need for change can open the door to renewed hope, resilience, and possibility.

If you’re looking for a therapist who values honesty, compassion, and practical progress, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward greater balance, clarity, and fulfillment.

Casey Kurz, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

My work centers on supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use challenges, trauma, and relationship or identity‑related stressors. I strive to create a space where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered to move toward meaningful change. Using evidence‑based approaches such as CBT along with mind‑body strategies, I help clients identify their core values and develop practical steps toward healing, resilience, and personal growth. I am committed to providing care that is welcoming and respectful to people of all backgrounds, including diverse cultures, faith traditions, family structures, and identities. My goal is to ensure every client feels safe, supported, and genuinely heard.

Services are provided under appropriate clinical supervision as a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern.
